• Download the official Google emulator - https://developer.android.com/games/playgames/emulator
• Once you launch it, it will automatically attach as an adb device
• Install the game like so adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block /path/to/game.apk
• Launch the game like so:

adb shell
am start -n com.ubisoft.princeofpersia.shadowandflame.ggp/com.ubisoft.pop2.POP2

• Xbox Controller is likely to work out of the box
• Keyboard - Some keys do work, but it's inconvenient and other I don't know what are supposed to be the default keys. Just using virtual controller and mapping works well
