You need some kind of proof lol, you can't just submit a run without video or splits and expect people to just say "Oh yeah let's verify this without any kind of verification that this run even ever existed"
For a time of this caliber, splits should be enough, but it's never a guarantee. If you need help setting up splits, there are literally hundreds of us willing to help.
Reason why it got rejected is because it was a rather long run, with no splits/proof so it'd be hard to judge if it was an Any% run or maybe a run that would fit a different category like Glitchless judging by the time. We prefer to not have it mix up the leaderboards, thus being the reason for it.
