I have created a tournament on challonge.com. This will be a double elimination tournament of any% races. The deadline for entering is June 25, exactly 2 weeks after this is posted. Further rules are in the Challonge description. Good luck to everyone!

I'm not sure why that is JJ. Maybe try again and let me know if you're still having the problem.
And as for LozBlind, I don't understand most of the points you're trying to make. Why doesn't this category "function as a race category?" Just because there is a time-saving strategy like Propeller doesn't mean it can't be raced well. The fact that "some people learn the game and others run it for fun" has nothing to do with a tournament, since players of all skill levels can join and have fun. And as for the popularity of the game and my personal involvement with the community, I point you to Mario Super Sluggers. That's a game even less popular than this one, and I set up a 10-person tournament that is great fun for everyone in it. I had about the same amount of community involvement before starting that one as well. Not to mention, JJ's post proves that people want to sign up, thus relegating another one of your points. I'm sorry if this sounded mean, but I believe that there is no reason this can't be an exciting and fun event from everybody.
