Delete all files in this folder (back them up if you want to keep your progress, you can put those back here when you wanna continue).

This will reset your save but keep your keybinds. However you will have to fix your UI settings prior to your run, those will be wiped as well.

You need to turn off steam cloud sync for the game to avoid steam just re-downloading them, you do so by right clicking a game in your steam library, choose properties, then uncheck steam cloud saves.
