Day 1 guide (please do this, I'm going insane)

In day 1 you only need 5 happiness so because you still have 3 food on day 2, this is needed to save time.

Place 1 seed, water all plants

1+4=5 (crazy right?) So you get free seeds for day 2 and this just barely gives you enough happiness to get 10 happiness without the ball on day 2 on free version (not a demo, you can beat the game, just not with all of the fun stuff)

Daylight Savings Skip (Biggest skip)

When caterpillar sleeps, use a big screen (legal) or a magnifier (illegal) because you are gonna a lot of room to tap the leaf with 2 fingers

With 2 fingers, tap them at the same time, below is how I can now get a 5/5 skip consistently.

Fast Grow

This one is useless but I use it because I am lazy so here is how to do it (you can only do it when the strawberries start growing)

Hold watering can on the strawberries with one hand and throw the strawberries out with the other, they grow back immediately for some reason

How to do egg skip 

When you get butterfly, close the game before the animation is over, and you have now skipped needing to hatch the egg!

(Note that you cannot do this because time starts when you tap the egg, which is skipped, and ends when the butterfly animation is done, which is also skipped)

Leaf Skip

On cacoon day, you can take off the leaf before the day starts, letting you skip the cacoon going up (its cool, but this is a speedrun!)

Just swipe the leaf away over and over until you hear the sound, you will know if you got it, I'm not explaining the sound

Menu Skipping 

When you open a menu and close it, it allows you to gain movement for something, this could skip waiting for the egg animation at the beginning to be over so you can grab the apples, or you can skip days by being allowed to put the caterpillar to sleep again for every time you open the menu, so how do you do this?

On the newest version, just press the back button 2 times, 1 to get the menu to quit, and another to get out of that menu. After that, you can do whatever animation skipping related thing you want to do.
