Is there any reason why 100% isn't split into Skips and No Skips categories like everything else?

Mostly because nobody really wants to run the category. But there's a flag on the submissions for 100% to say if you used skips or not. You can filter the runs on the leaderboard to only the no skips runs using that (there aren't any).
