In no DLC runs, everything is the same except for the stretch between Horizon and Collector Ship missions. Instead, do this

Also, you will want to pick up a few additional upgrades on the NG+ no DLC route: Across from Mordin's room in the clinic on Omega is one medi-gel upgrade. A second can be purchased on Illium just outside Liara's room. Finally, after acquiring these two, purchase the "Trauma Module" upgrade from the research terminal on your ship. This allows you to do a small trick on the bubble part of the final mission (see Tentaclepie's run for an example).
