I've loved the Tokyo Cop car ever since I was a kid, but there aren't all that many tracks where it's actually the best. It gets beat out by the SLF450x on simpler tracks, and by the Nousagi on super technical tracks. River Raid is one of the few places it can shine, albeit barreling through half the corners like an ogre. There's room for a few more seconds of improvement, but this is fine for now.
