Hello! I'm currently practicing to do PAL speedruns for LM. I was wondering if there was a language that scrolls faster than English, I've heard German is the fastest, but I can't be too sure.

PAL is distributed to Australia and Europe. There is not much need to include a Japanese language option of the game to people within those countries.
