I heard that everyone has problems with the minigun glitch? Taking the stationary minigun in mid-air might be consistent, I have not extensively tested it, though and can't do that until Friday.
Architectural Espionage: Do you already use sniper and satchel strats? Attach satchels to the air condition units, snipe the guard (before the cutscene), take the photo, trigger the satchels with the right timing so that you are right at the exit when the "firemen" cutscene is triggered. This should be better than the Saint Mark's satchel strat. If you got a bike and have loads of hp to use, then it might be better to use a gun for the air condition units and run past everyone.
Edit: the "right time" for the satchels you need to find out. Trigger them near a guard and he busts you, if you leave the building between triggering the satchels and the "firemen" cutscene, it might mess up your map and maybe there are other problems I forgot. I tested this long ago.

To avoid a 4min or so jetpack flight, you can land a plane near the casino and then fly casino > jetpack at airstrip > heli. Quick and dirty testing showed that the jetpack survives two in game hours at 4x game speed, maybe parking the jetpack near the military base becomes a thing (needs to be 2min to and from the casino).
Bistro unlocks all the calls in question: Sweet, Leone, Breaking Bank unlock.

Millie You do not need muscle for her, "just" 50% sex appeal and as little muscle as you can - you read right. The formula is so crazy that you should read it: She requires 60 "points". The formula is (everything in percent): points = sex_appeal + Millie_progress / 2 if you have 40% muscle or more: + muscle / 2 else: - muscle / 2 if you have 50% fat or more: - fat / 2 else: fat does not matter in the slightest You start out with 20% progress. You lose 1% per rejection ("not fit" instead of "Hi Carl").
To get rid of the muscle, you can use the starve system. For that, it would be handy to know how it works, exactly, so read the last paragraph of the post. ^^
I tested a few cars: a few sports cars, the Stretch and the Windsor (from the sex shop). They all give you just that: 50%. You need to be "near" the car for the sex appeal boost. Damaging the car reduces the boost, even tiny crashes result in a substantial hit in sex appeal. You can use this stylish hair cut for an extra 5% sex appeal. This way, you can lose 5% and still satisfy her. Wang Cars The phone call that unlocks buying the asset is unlocked by taking the Monster call, but to me that does not seem to not change the route.
Bunch of calls after SMB I don't know where to put all those calls, but when routing it, remember that no Mansion mission requires a marker. The Sweet call "disappears" after Vertical Bird and it is probably de-facto random if you get an RTLS or LV call (the optional Sweet and the Mansion marker calls are RTLS calls, the rest is LV).

About Blood Ring: When is the latest point you can start holding the call (holding tab/2nd fire)? Since at some point the call is cancelled by the mission, when you are put in the car during some loading time.
Boat school also phone call starts, I tested that a long time ago but without exiting it with a held phone call. It can be phone call started without pause buffering like Quarry. Seams useless, though. ^^
Kickstart needs 20% bike skill, you only get bike skill by finishing the school, not by individual lessons 8-track needs 20% driving skill (driving school gives 3% per gold).
Meat Business: There is a de-spawn area with radius 60 units around where Rosi is in the cutscene. Trucking has radius 100. Maybe you can get your car outside that area by jumping out and letting it roll. Depends on whether it is a very good car or not.
Still open to test are 8-track (requires 20% driving skill) and Kickstart (requires 20% bike skill).
Can you please include a one sentence explanation on what "delay" means?
Doing what tduva did in High Jack duping is risky since the call might start before bike school. The bike school marker is checked every 250ms, the game checks if the call is ready (i.e. 60000ms after ONMISSION=0) every 1000ms. It might come in 60000ms after OM=0 or up to 61000ms later. After getting out of your car more than 61000ms after OM=0, it can take 0ms for the call to come in or up to 1000ms. Same for the school marker, but it varies from 0-250ms. So sometimes the call comes in earlier thab bike school starts.
Nick said that you nees to miss a date for the consistent dump call. It seams to me that the only way of getting the progress to below minus 15 is getting the progress to 0 by shooting at her and then missing 6 dates. Missing dates requires first getting a 100% random call (1-23 hours, 1-59 minutes in game clock) that is only setup by driving past her house.
I don't know what button spam this is about but can't you use the mouse wheel? Or two mouse wheels, one up, one down, depending on which buttons to spam. In SA, if you roll the wheel slowly, it accepts every input, it seams, but it is still way faster than button mashing. If you roll it too fast, it ignores so much input that it is counter-productive.
Edit: This issue was solved one post later so don't worry.
One instance of the Pizza Boy script remains that waits until the pizza box is available (since the passed instance unloads it) indefinitely. Earleys is looking for a mission that you could start without crashing the game, that would kill the Pizza Boy script.
I'm sorry to disappoint you but remote grenades should also be an option. I remember user "any" using them to warp in Jury Fury, so I guess they also have infinite range (like the satchel remote controll in SA).
Ghoty: I am grossly oversimplifying for the sake of being understandable: he starts Pizza Boy during the line "my livelyhood, destroyed". When you start Pizza Boy during Shakedown, Pizza Boy starts at the same place where Shakedown was at that moment, let's say, in this case it is command number 420. For Shakedown command number 420 says "play audio: my livelyhood destroyed". But for Pizza boy, it says "mission passed" at command number 420. The vast majority of combinations crash the game. This combination is not only stable, it also instapasses the mission.

Did Are You Going to San Fierro duping work? IIRC it did. It might be worth it in 100%, since it is on the way from Farewell, my Love to the farm. You'd get the 100%-Hydra early, after EOTL and fly to the last Trucking mission at the very end of the run. I'd find it funny and I like getting 100% earlier than triggering all made_progress opcodes (which is what defines 100%).
@Mew: I wanted this to happen during Riot but it is also a mission, not just a script, Nick said it crashes. Doing this during Riot would give two Riot instances like in the video to the already existing one, that's three instances.
The only script that changes the onmission flag is Valet, btw. You can use the fact that missions and scripts don't interfere to get Vigilante or Pimping with OM=0.

Oh man, all those assumptions. You're really helping us by questioning the stupid things we believe. :D Yeah, fuck common sense, in video games you can't sometimes blow up satchels from a distance and other times can blow them up from it feals the other side of the map. Have you tried blowing up the Truck from a distance? My guess is that the reason you can blow up the Dozer in the Quarry from the casino is that you are in an interior. Being in an interior you are actually miles above the ground, sometimes even above a different city but the game wants to make it look and feel like the casino interior were where the map shows it to be and they didn't want to deal with what that means for satchel remote control range and so they just disabled the check if you are in range.
Also we nees to re-test if the satchel remote control even has a range, maybe my testing was flawed. Maybe I tested with Ballas to get a gang war, the satchels exploded but the Ballas had despawned. Maybe I tried it on Snail Trail and the clear_area despawned it. I don't know how I came to the conclusion that there is a range.
:MOB_xxx so :MOB_SF still applies until Learning to Fly afaik. etc. :MOB_R (forgot the other two letters) for the troll calls and other calls that you get 1:01-1:03 after taking them.
That's a relief, I thought we were in serious trouble. Also cool that you can dupe during the cs for interior mode. In Ran Fa Li you do that by simply not skipping the cs until the second instance starts. Just don't flip your car. ^^
Instead of disconnecting the trailer, you can get out of the truck, back in and out again after some time. Then there is < 1:00 minutes left to the call, so that it will come in before Trucking fails. Edit: I missed that you said that, I still keep this for the others that missed it. ^^
Btw, the "normal calls" have variance in the time between them. 400ms iirc. Trucking gives a 500ms window. So if you want to get bufferless strats to be guaranteed to work, you need very precise timing. It surprises me how well it works in light of the knowledge of how variable the timing is. I don't know where the variance comes from apart from the fact that there is the 150ms wait statement for checking for OM=0, then the one 150ms wait statement if you are controllable and the timer is at >15000ms. Wait means that it happens every x ms, 150 in this case.
I don't know the variance in the waiting time between the 1min calls but you need to time getting out of the truck the second time that you are guaranteed to get the Catalina call because probably you will crash otherwise (Trucking starting High Jack).
Bastant2: I could dupe Fish in a Barrel without replays. I could also shoot and take a call afterwards, I could jump and take the call in mid-air. It seams that replays are unnecessary.
Josh could not dupe Fish in a Barrel the first attempt, the second one went fine. My guess is that you need to stand in the right spot inside the marker, he stood right at the edge and I noticed that if you can start a mission a second time during a cutscene might depend on where in the marker you stand.
Finally, I couldn't keep the NRG after Monster. The despawn areas aren't the problem. My guess is that abandoning a vehicle for too long makes you lose it.
My knowledge used to be that the game only keeps your last car in memory. So I was surprised that when I park a Maverick or NRG 300 meters away from Trucking and take a different car for the rest of the distance to Trucking and then get into the truck for the Trucking mission, the NRG/Maverick is still there waiting for me. That is interesting for duping Verdant Meadows to skip N.O.E (verified to work, doubtful that it is worth it) since you'd drive a fast vehicle to and from Trucking but if you park right at Trucking, you can't make it back to Toreno's Ranch before the 60s time limit for leaving the Truck expires so you need to park it a bit away from Trucking.

We are duping Fish in a Barrel to skip our beloved mission Freefall!
I timed ~1 minute saved and verified that it works.
Normally, casino missions don't start again right away after onmission=0 and you have to enter the casino again to start the second instance. Luckily, FIAB is different. Just do the replay trick I described above and let go off TAB during the cutscene. Here it is again: "You have a ringing phone during Quarry, press F1, hold tab, end the replay, go into the marker inside the interior, fail Quarry while inside the marker." If you let go too early it does not work so just wait until you see anything of the cutscene and it will work. Then wait for the second cutscene to appear and then skip it. You should be teleported in front of the casino twice, if you didn't then you failed. You will get the Freefall call and that's fine.
Having the satchel remote control equipped makes the security personnel attack you, so delay that as far as possible.
The call I use is a Catalina troll call. Afaik, there are no alternatives but I could be wrong. The mission script only checks once every 1000ms if the call is "due" (it is "due" 60s after the last call or mission or I don't know what else). There is no way of determining "where" in the 1000ms gap you are at the moment (0.1s in or 0.9 in) since, afaik, it isn't reset after missions or anything. The Quarry marker sets onmission=1 ~0.5 second after starting the mission, so not pause buffering would be slower on average: You'd have a 1/2 chance (0.5 second time window between mission start and onmission = 1, 1 second time between checks -> 0.5 / 1 = 1/2) of not getting the phone call, then you'd have to blow up the Dozer, wait 10s for the wanted level to disappear and the loading time and blow up time are 5s when added. So you have a 50% chance of losing 15s, losing 7.5s on average, or you could pause buffer for 2s. So on average, you lose more than 3x less time to pause buffering. To make pause buffering quicker, press the windows key and search for "keyboard" in your language and open that. One tab should say "speed" or something.
The timing: The bold values are precisely timed (although that precision does not make sense because I am bad and randomness). Edit: About Denise: The dream is to dupe Riot twice (= 3 Riot instances ) to skip territories since then you can start EOTL part 2 and there is no territory check for that mission. We don't know how to do that though.

My guessing about 4¤ desert/LV is complete. Some of those are timed, others estimated. All timings were done without cops and at the end I say how much time the cops are "free to" cost you to still gain time overall.
