Well resetting the console takes just as much time as the crash does (possibly more). I've had it happen several times where I can quitout from the game to the XMB without having to restart the console at all (either voluntarily or involuntarily). The split I'm currently running against didn't have a crash or reset. So it's aggravating to lose ~30 seconds against my PB through no fault of my own when I'm almost a third of the way through the run.

Any ideas? I just lost a promising run (-40 at Trish Reaches Out) that went downhill right when I lost 27 of those seconds to the damn console crash. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe we should try to compile a list of our situations when it does and doesn't happen, to see if there's any commonality? I dunno. Any thoughts?

I'd say it would be simpler if this game had IGT, but the Sasha skip would probably confuse it anyway. Manual load removal for a 3+ hour run seems unfeasible, but should we maybe consider it?

Are you from Germany? (Profile says so) I know many of my YouTube uploads are blocked in Germany, so it's possible that the mod or mods of your game is/are in a country that can't view your video.

I would say I can deliver on a 60 minute estimate 99% of the time, and a 55 minute estimate 90-95%. 50 minutes would be too close to a coin flip. So I could make it 55, if you're comfortable with a 90-95% success rate.

EDIT 19th July -- I've got it down to 38:47 now. A 50-minute estimate should be fine.

I just saw that one of the games I mod is backward compatible on Xbox One. What do you think, should I add that as an available platform for the game, or just leave it as Xbox 360?

If it matters, my Escape Plan PB is now down to 43:11. 1 full hour is an extremely safe estimate.

It's not easy, because either your head isn't clear or you need to use the toilet every 10 minutes. I'd say stick to shorter runs if anything.

Been considering running this. I have two versions of this game, one with the sequences not included at launch and one without.

I'll give the videos a look, but a 3+ hour run that's only execution-based with little to no skips and glitches is about the very definition of "not my kind of run." Don't get me wrong, I love this game to pieces, but the run is just.....ugh.

Twitch's content ID can be really, really screwy sometimes. There are some songs that appear in games (Life is Strange OST comes to mind) that will get your VOD's muted. Makes no sense. Personally, I only play tunes at the beginning of my stream and on break. Never during the "actual stream."

Is there any chance the run is more interesting than it appears?

I have to say, of the five games in the series, this is by far the one I'm least excited about running. Probably will want to get to sub-4, but that'll be about it.
