Is it necessary? I know it is for PC games, but we've all got the same hardware here. I'm quite sure the cutscenes in Infamous 1 also mask loads (also unskippable in that game), so would that game's timing have to change too? Is there an easy way to calculate it?

I would imagine so. Wouldn't it mean getting each district to 100% cleared?

How do you submit a run? I don't have one yet but I will soon, and I'm kinda shocked I've been unable to find how to do this ¤or¤ to find the answer in some kind of FAQ somewhere.
