Please correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't a full Splinter Cell run (from Training to Presidential Palace) actually 100%? I can't recall any objectives that are ignored, and most of the time you have to complete them just to access the next area. What would constitute an Any% run in Splinter Cell, if it's possible?
I'm not entirely sure if there would be a technical difference.
Possibly, 100% would add whichever bonus missions that console/PC has? Just throwing things out there.
