Just gonna add that what Dustin said is generally correct, but there are also some double edge glitches that aren't allowed, and they don't require saveloads. If it isn't listed as banned in the rules, its most likely allowed.

Ghost door ban
As of today, 17/03/25, ghost door is officially banned in all runs, due to it not being possible without pre run setup (if a setup is found from game launch the rules will be updated accordingly).
