Does Disorted Memory Count As The All Chapters Speedrun?
it makes sense for it to count but it probably doesn't because it's in the rules it says "Complete Chapters 1-12"

your time starts on house and ends on plant so no you dont have to complete distorted memory but you can just for fun

no, distorted memory is an extra chapter not on mainline story so not in the all chap run
