I know the idea of using mods is not acceptable because mods are considered a type of cheating, but I would really like to see a run that uses them as long as they follow some rules.

First, they couldn't use mods that change the character's hitbox, skin mods would be fine as they don't change or favor the player, secondly, you could not obviously use mods that let the player skip essential parts of the game like dreamers or skill gains, only mods that might help create skips would be allowed, as the mod of having all the amulets would help you not have to buy the shaman's stone or have to get any other type of amulet, the only restriction to this mod would be the void heart, which is an essential amulet for the true ending of the game, I think that's it.

I know the idea doesn't make much sense but I would like to see someone try, it would be good for some YouTubers who like to use skins like Calango, the Brazilian YouTuber I watch, He is learning how to speedrun Hollow Knight.
