I have decided to make a short survey to map out the most common technical issues people have when trying to launch the game.

The purpose of this survey is to:

• Later write a more detailed and expansive guide for troubleshooting issues.
• Getting information about less common issues.
• To see which problems might be more tied to specific game versions and operating systems.

When filling out the survey please select the issues you have experienced, and if the issue is not listed please select "Other" and give a detailed description about the issue with:

1. Step by step description of what you did.
2. What happened after doing so.
3. What did you see? Did any windows open, if nothing opened or did you get an error message?
4. Did you manage to fix the problem? And if so, detailed description of how.
