In the section where you have to hit two buttons to open a door, if you die after hitting the second button you save time.
Mod: it saves time on  left section  and it depends on the right section on level 31

Stage 30 Lava Skip

In Stage 30, head to the right like normal but stop after the first sliding lava block. Wait for the second one to move inwards and jump across the gap shown here: https://imgur.com/a/g6pvrYS

It can be difficult and it's already pretty precise but worth one or two deaths

Super Button Skip

Using the shift-lock glitch, you can clip through the wall on either side of the door, not having to press either button. It saves loads of time but it can be inconsistent. Would recommend practicing for a while before attempting in a run.
