In this video I used a goto 0 Outrider save, so I had access to the jetpack and the RC Goblin.
Having the RC Goblin allows CJ to go through objects such as garage doors, which allows you to teleport and then exit Loco Low Co. shop with a non Lowrider, such as the Bullet that was used in this video. On a Outrider goto 0 you unfortunately cannot use the RC Baron, which has a much easier setup. The setup for this mission can be seen below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLC04...
A replay could have been used before the teleport to the garage to make it a bit faster.
Since the RC Goblin does not allow CJ to exit vehicles, as soon as I exit the Lowrider garage I press the fire button to cause its autodestruction.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
