I used the RC Baron to kill Snakehead. If you hold the "action" key (the key used for answering calls) during a cutscene, you can avoid getting the RC Baron destroyed, and as soon as the cutscene ends the RC Baron will be shooting, which is useful for killing anything that is ahead of it.
Also, since you will be holding "action" any time you aim a weapon, you will fire it, which is how I killed the guard and rescued the refugees. It is necessary to have the weapon menu to buy a weapon, or you won't have any to aim.
