Support Ticket Not answered after a month?

So I put in a support ticket around a month ago, and never recieved a response. I then put in another ticket about 2 weeks ago (or so I think as there is no way to view tickets categorised as "other"). I then put in a 3rd ticket under feedback (as I wasn't sure if I even submitted the 1st or 2nd ticket) and support told me to put the ticket under other, which I did as a 4th ticket. None of these tickets have been responded to, and I was wondering what is the average wait time for tickets?

Generally 1 - 4 weeks, or atleast that's what they say. I think you can also email them but not sure how efficient that is

You only get notifications for tickets that appear in pending so they might of already seen it

i write something to the topic and you just come here to attack me! so its obvious that you should go somewhere else!

No one is attacking you. You were warned by site staff multiple times to stop bringing this up in the forums. Also, necro-ing super old threads is generally frowned upon, this thread is almost 2 years old and the person who made it isn't even active on the site anymore.

So you know what is in the Feedback. Then make metas work easier and you take care of the Support Feedback!

When you think a thread is too old to answer, why isnt it closed Then?

As you dont care about forum threads, (you did wrote nonesense) why you writing in there then?

When you think a thread is too old to answer, why isnt it closed Then?

Good question, I've wondered this myself for years now. Threads really should be locked automatically after a certain amount of time, the vast majority of older threads are full of obsolete information that tends to just confuse people. At the very least there should be a large, hard to ignore disclaimer telling people how old the thread is, since people tend to overlook the post dates.

As you dont care about forum threads (you did wrote nonesense)

The irony of accusing me of writing nonsense immediately after making some shit up is absolutely hilarious, that just made my day. Thanks.

Anyway, seriously, we should probably stop derailing this thread.

seems i wrote this a bit wrong! i mean that YOU used the word "nonsense" ! and so i asked why you writing when you dont care because calling it "nonsense"?

your first answer surprised me! there i can see that you were really thinking about it! i understand this and give you "right"!

Do not bump old threads. Also your support ticket has already been answered. Please stop coming to the forums

merl, you could ask for closing this thread but instead you are writing here and missed your own order that way. what you think you and myth193 are to be allowed to order me something? shikennuggets is a other case, but when you think you act with metas and shikennuggets permission then you should change your names in like: nuggets-lover and meta-beta!

since when pending means being answered?

Sacrebleu ! Il a le droit de demander une réponse si le ticket est en attente !
