when i open fallout 3 it just shows a black screen with a white box that covers like a fourth of the top of the window....

anybody know how to fix? ive tried multiple things..

Only thing I could suggest is deleting fallout.ini and falloutprefs.ini in documents/my games/fallout3 or reinstall the game if it still doesn't work. Can't help more because I've never seen this before :/
