Fable: The Lost Chapters any% speedrun guide from start to finish

SPEEDRUN RELATED INFO

  • This speedrun uses Real Time as well as game time, which is Real Time minus loads. To get game time, activate the Autosplitter and load remover in LiveSplit.
  • The timer starts at the end of the first Autosave, and ends when the "Quest Completed" box shows up after killing Dragon Jack.
  • It's recommended that you make a new profile, set the settings you want, then start a new game and immediately make a save to load from when you reset the run, rather than having to make a new profile again every time. You must restart the game before you restart the run - you are not allowed to reset from the menu.

OPTIONS

  • Turn off subtitles, tutorials, and follow camera in Gameplay Options.
  • It is highly recommended to set "Suck Experience Orbs" and "Activate Spell Mode" to different keys (by default, they are LShift), and rebind roll to a key such as R.
  • It's recommended to rebind Context Sensitive Item 3 (usually Will Potions) to a different key or a side-mouse button.
  • Turning off V-Sync causes issues with getting consistent rolls - you can keep it on.
  • Though French is the fastest language, it is highly recommended to do your first few runs in English so you are familiar with item names, area names, etc.
  • To change your language to French (Steam Version only), go to Fable in your Steam library, go to Properties, then under Languages, change it to French (it will install the language pack next time you launch the game)
  • If you are using a different version, you can download the language pack from here: https://mega.nz/#!xpVmGTZY!xcO7yJq9pwww-P50gWBoYCApW84ucY5Fk66asfJNKx4

MOVEMENT

  • Forward rolling is faster than running, Assassin's Rush and Rolling is faster than Rolling, and Berserk + Assassin's Rush + 2 Rolls faster than everything else unless side-dashing, in which case Berserk Rolling is fastest.
  • With Assassin's Rush, you will zoom towards enemies close behind you or to the side of you, even if they are not on screen.
  • Force Pushing back enemies is useful to get enough breathing room to Rush

MENUS

  • The F_ keys from F4 - F12 allow you to access different parts of the menu without needing to navigate manually to them.
  • F4 takes you to Items, F5 takes you to Weapons, F6 takes you to Magic, F7 takes you to Clothing, F8 takes you to Expressions, F9 takes you to Quests, F10 is your stats and in game time, F11 takes you to the Logbook, and F12 is the Map.
  • Only F4, F5, and F6 are used in the run with the exception of F10 at the end of the credits to show the In Game Time.
  • In some cases, charging the Guild Seal with G is faster, and in other cases, using F4 then navigating to Other-Guild Seal-Use is faster. Use your initiative to decide which is needed.
  • Getting hit interrupts charging the Guild Seal with G.
  • When organizing items and spells, DO NOT drag an item to overwrite a slot that already has something on it, especially with spells - this crashes the game. Videogames.

OTHER

  • Force Push works on dead enemies as well as alive ones, which allows you to get a lot of combat multiplier during Arena. It can also cancels death animations, particularly useful on Balverines.
  • Always keep an eye on your Will Energy.

POTION MANAGEMENT

  • Will Potions are key throughout the whole run, in a standard run the points you'll buy Potions are: at your first visit to Bowerstone, while buying/selling in Oakvale, when picking up the Master Weapons in the Guild, in the Arena, in Bowerstone North with the Solus Greatsword, then finally at the Guild after picking up the book and speaking to the Guildmaster before the Maze fight.
  • If you are in need of emergency potions, as long as you are not on a quest, you can head over to the general store in Hook Coast which has some Will Potions.
  • You can also go to Oakvale, which should have potions (be aware the load takes a little while longer here - don't worry, your game hasn't crashed!), if they don't, check the stock, and if it's 1 day, you can sleep twice at the Tavern to get him restocked on Potions.

CHILDHOOD

  • Go backwards, beat up the bully, give teddy bear, speak to Brom, take bribe, buy chocolates, dodge guards.
  • A slightly faster method of giving the chocolates to Theresa is to say no to giving her the chocolates, then press 1 to manually give her the chocolates, this will turn this into a textbox rather than a cutscene, saving about 1.5s.

FASTER ALTERNATIVE CHILDHOOD

  • This method uses the NewGame+ glitch, which saves 7s RTA and 10s IGT but means you cannot load any saves or you will be placed back at the start of The Guild.
  • Load your 00:00 save at the start of the game, do Childhood using the above method, but when Oakvale starts burning, pause, make a hero save in a new slot, then load it, it will start the first cutscene, but then will start an autosave and place you at the cutscene in Lookout Point with Maze, which is faster than rolling across the bridge as normal.
  • However, this puts the game in a NG+ state, which makes the music stuck as the Oakvale theme for a little while, as well as meaning that you never complete 'Birthday Gift' as a quest, making you only able to Hero Save for the rest of the game. This means if you crash or make a mistake and reload, you'll go all the way back to the start of the Guild.
  • More info here:

THE GUILD

  • Kill beetles as quickly as possible to encourage clumping.
  • During Whisper's Blocking Tutorial, target her, block her hit and roll towards her so she does not miss a hit.
  • Roll pattern for Whisper: R-B-R-B-R-B-B-R-B.
  • Provided Whisper doesn't block the first 3 hits, hard target her when she rolls and move backwards so her back is exposed to deal the last 4 hits.
  • Skip the timed Archery and Will training by hitting the Guildmaster 4 times with Arrows.
  • Canceling training timers requires timer to be active. Archery Training allows you to just hit the Guildmaster 4 times with your arrow, but Will Training requires casting lightning once then hitting him with 4 arrows.
  • Buy Assassin Rush 1 at the end of Guild Training and take the Wasp Quest Card.

WASP QUEEN

  • Rush and Roll
  • Cancel frightened man's dialogue with left click, if you're lucky, he will do his "scared" animation and won't start the dialogue, saving a second or two.
  • Zap the first wasp and the wasp chasing the woman around the sundial as you approach the sundial. Use your sword on the rest of the wasps, trying to hit as many as possible in a small amount of hits.
  • Wasp Queen takes 3 sword hits or a charged bow shot (faster if done correctly, keep your distance or arrow will fly over her) to her push into phase 2, then 6 more sword hits to kill.

BOWERSTONE + ORCHARD FARM

  • After the cutscene with the guard, roll backwards twice and interact with the trader
  • Sell your Health Potions + Res Phials, buy/sell all Apple Pies + Grain Sacks, then buy all Will Potions and Fishing Rod + Spade.
  • Speak to Maze, and go to the Weapon trader in Bowerstone: sell Yew Bow, buy Ebony Bow (gives enough gold to afford and instaequips the Ebony Bow)
  • Remove 2 slots off hotbar.
  • Go into the house on the first left from the Weapons Vendor, go up the steps, take the Ages of Might potion from the shelf, and warp to the Guild.
  • Take "Protect Orchard Farm", but choose 'Take Quest and Boast' to send you outside the Guild. Cancel the boast with Right Mouse Button, and run off the podium.
  • In the pond besides the Picnic Area, fish up the Ages of Skill potion there.
  • Greatwood will be your first big example of side-dashing. Rolling is always better than a side-dash or a short rush.
  • Only Rush if there is an visible highlighted target in front of you, then carry on rolling to Orchard Farm
  • Ensure that the first hit on the Bandits is a one hit kill.
  • Avoid getting hit at all costs, or you will lose your Combat Multiplier.
  • Get the exp of the first wave of Bandits as soon as they are all dead, and get close to the bandit's spawn point between the first and second wave.
  • In between Bandit waves (there are 3 including the first one), zap the guards every few seconds to keep your combat multiplier from dropping.
  • Kill the guards after the third wave for more combat multiplier and experience.
  • Do not pick up the Guard's or Bandit's experience (both second and third wave) until they are all dead.
  • The preferable combat multiplier to have at the end of the third wave and when the Guards are dead is 12, during which you use your Ages of Might and Skill potions (which are on your hotbar).
  • 11 CM works in a pinch, but might mean skipping out on Magic Power, which costs time as it must be bought later.
  • Flourish Whisper, then hit her with 3 200 damage shots from your bow (1.5-2s pullback needed)
  • Again, do not get hit, as at the end of the quest, you get 500 x your combat multiplier as General Experience.

GREATWOOD AND GUILD

  • Go back to Greatwood Lake, and onwards to Greatwood Gorge.
  • Target the first Bandit and either zap him with lightning, or kill him with a bow shot if you need that little extra experience.
  • Once at Greatwood Cullis Gate, teleport back to the Guild.
  • Take the Trader Escort Quest, and get the following upgrades:
  • Physique 3, Speed 4, Accuracy 3, Multi Strike 1, Summon 1, Physical Shield 1, Assassin Rush 2, Multi Arrow 1, Magic Power 1 (Magic Power can be skipped if you do not have enough experience, but must be bought later.)
  • OPTIONAL - 2-3 Health, not required if you are careful.
  • Teleport back to Greatwood Cullis Gate

TRADER ESCORT

  • In Greatwood Cullis Gate, you need to get a new summon creature by letting your Summoned creature kill a target.
  • NOTES ON GETTING A GOOD TRANSFER:
    • Summoning a Wasp spawns facing opposite to you, so it is always facing you.
    • This can be used to make your summon aggro onto an enemy straight away by having it spawn with an enemy in it's cone of vision.
    • Your summon's first hit is vital, if it hits, the enemy will aggro onto the summon, if not it will chase you instead, meaning your summon will be stuck trailing behind.
    • Summoning closer to the enemy in question is better as it means less likely to miss first hit.
    • Doing it in front of a group of 3 or more is bad because the summon will be likely to change targets and not kill anything, just weaken them.
    • Level 1 summon lasts 25 seconds, so you can use your timer to tell when if your summon is up or not, as well as checking Summon on the hotbar (if your summon despawns/dies, it costs a lot more to cast, meaning if your mana is low you won't be able to recast)

Enemy tiers you want list: High tier: Archer Bandit - Doesn't block, only takes 3 hits Medium tier: Spellcaster Hobbe - Doesn't block, but takes 6 hits, Small Hobbe - Blocks, but takes 2-3 hits Low tier: Melee Bandit - 4 hits, blocks I'd rather drown: Wasps - Why, Beetles - No

  • If you got Wasps/Beetles spawn in Cullis Gate, ignore them and get a Hobbe in Greatwood Caves.
  • Backup strat to either Hobbe Cave or Ancient Cullis Gate in the event of wasp spawn.
  • Once starting the Trader Escort, you must not let the third trader follow. There are 2 ways to do this:

FASTER BUT TRICKY: Use Multi Arrow, kill him at a distance with your bow. Must start his death animation before you run towards him or the cutscene will trigger. EASIER BUT SLIGHTLY SLOWER: Rush up to him and select No to his request.

  • Pull up your Physical Shield or carefully time your Assassin's Rush when at the Spores.
  • Kill the Yellow Hatted follower that shows up first on your HUD on the right (highlighting the trader will make their icon slightly larger on the HUD, use that to tell which one is which)
  • Use your bow to kill him, then rush to the gate to Ancient Cullis Gate but DO NOT ENTER
  • DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE SECOND TRADER IS FOLLOWING - expand your map (default key = M) and wait for the green dot to turn before entering Ancient Cullis Gate.
  • While waiting, get rid of your remaining multi arrow shots.
  • When entering Darkwood Weir, put up your Phys Shield, use Multi Arrow, and pull out your bow.
  • Avoid the troll's rocks by rolling (I find rolling Forwards then Backwards or vice versa works well.)
  • Hit the troll in the face (first person target his face) to quickly kill him with your multi arrow shots.

BARROW FIELDS/OAKVALE

  • Sleep in Barrow Fields if it is evening or night time (sleep twice if evening, sleep once if night time, do not sleep if it is midday)
  • Wait for your spells to become available before entering Oakvale, or you will not be able to use your magic at all.
  • Trade with the General Goods merchant in Oakvale
  • DO NOT Assassin's Rush near him or you will "scare" him and he will give you bad prices.
  • Buy/sell Perfume twice, buy/sell Emeralds seven times (~110k), then buy Will Potions.
  • Speak to Maze, and go to Clifftop Path

BROKEN BANDIT QUEST

  • Go right up in front of the big closed gate, go to the right side of it, turn to your left, with your right side hugging the gate where the metal bit is, use Summon while parallel to the gate, then use Asssassin's Rush.

  • This requires some practise and may take a few tries. If you mess up the first time, walk away from it a bit, summon again, then go back to step 1 and try again.

  • I recommend practising this by making a save entering Clifftop Path, then keep trying it until you succeed.

  • You do not need to get the Bandit Clothes at all.

  • Remove 1 slot before picking up Ages of Skill potion in the barrel by the third chest after the second set of stairs.

  • Once you reach Twinblades Camp, rush towards the teleporter, and go back to the Guild.

  • Take the Bandit Seeress Quest

  • If you do not have any Will Power upgrades, purchase one now

  • Run towards the Guilds General Trader (again, do not rush near the trader or he will give bad deals)

  • Sell your Ebony Bow, buy all his Will Potions, then buy the Master Longbow + Master Greatsword from him.

  • Remove 2 slots from the hotbar after equipping Master GS, and go back to Twinblade's Camp

  • From Twinblade's Camp, repeat the same process as the first gate. This summon clip is much trickier than the first, so do practise it.

  • Pick up the Ages of Will Potion in the barrel straight in front of you once you are down the hill.

  • Run up to the middle of the next gate until you cannot move forward anymore, turn left, summon, then start walking forwards and slightly to the right

  • This pushes your summon creature into the gate enough to let you Assassin's Rush and clip through the gate.

  • Zap the barrel in front of you when you enter the Elite Camp, which contains an Ages of Might Potion.

  • Repeat the same process as you did with the last gate with the last gate.

  • For Twinblade, keep rushing behind him, hitting him once with your sword, the rushing again.

  • When he thrusts his sword into the ground, Multi Strike and hit his back. Preferably you get your Multi Strike hit in and then another hit.

  • Repeat again for second cycle, you may have to flourish Multi Strike him if you did not get a multi strike + normal hit in the first time.

  • Once the cutscene starts after fighting Twinblade, exit back to Twinblade's Elite Camp, then warp back to the Guild (this can be done via the menu before the Quest Complete menu pops up, saving a few seconds).

ALTERNATIVE, MUCH SLOWER BUT SLIGHTLY EASIER TO LEARN STRAT !!! Do not use this if you can get the summon trick to work, as it is a few minutes slower than the summon strat !!!

  • After speaking to Maze, teleport to the guild.
  • Buy all the things you'd normally buy from Guild Shop.
  • Take the Blind Seeress quest, and warp back to Oakvale.
  • Go to Clifftop Path, snipe the three bandits.
  • Open all chests along the way, take the Ages of Skill potion
  • Change to Bandit Outfit, speak to guard. (Do not assassin's rush while he is highlighted or you will get stuck behind him
  • Take the Ages of Will Potion and kill the bandit by the barrels near the gate to the Elite Camp for a pass.
  • Grab the Ages of Might Potion, speak to the Assassin on the left, purchase their services, enter Twinblade's Tent

ARCHAEOLOGIST 1

  • After speaking to Maze, warp to Witchwood Cullis Gate and rush past the troll
  • !! IMPORTANT !! Do not forget to pick up the Ages of Will Potion next to the barrel.
  • Instead of spelling out H-I-T-S on the stones, summon clip the demon door.
  • To summon clip, run up to the left side of the demon door where the little nook is, face the nook, summon, and without moving, turn your camera to highlight the demon door, then Rush.
  • After leaving the Demon Door, head towards Knothole Glade
  • Teleport to the Guild when at KHG (Knothole Glade)

WHITE BALVERINE

  • Before teleporting back to KHG, use Multi Arrow and pull out your bow.
  • Kill the Balverine, then look towards the villagers to spawn the next one. Repeat 2 more times to spawn the next 3 balverines.
  • Keep your bow out and rush towards the White Balverine. Zip behind him and zap him 10 times with Lightning.
  • Once he has been hit 10 times, start pulling back your bow looking between the left and middle huts behind you, and hit the WB while he is doing his animation to cancel it.
  • Repeat the same process the second time when at the top of the hill, aim at the patch of dirt between the houses, and hit the WB while he is doing his animation.
  • Augment your Master Bow with Silver.
  • Look towards the fighting ring after hitting the White Balverine 5 times after getting the Silver Augmentation.
  • When in WWoodLake, go to the part without the fence in front of you, run as close as you can.
  • Aim in first person with your bow, and shoot a little above the White Balverine after about 4s pullback.
  • !! IMPORTANT !! Although tricky at first, you must not get hit at all during this fight, as the combat multiplier is needed.
  • Hit the Balverine that comes in, and then pullback your bow a little bit to hit the White Balverine again.
  • Focus on killing the White Balverine, then kill the smaller Balverines until you hit 22 multiplier.
  • Once you hit 22, use both your Ages of Will Potions, your Ages of Might Potion, and Ages of Skill Potion.
  • 22 CM is optimal, 20 and 21 are passable. Don't leave any orbs behind and do not suck them in until they are all dead.
  • Warp back to KHG, hand in the quest, then warp back to the guild.

THE ARENA

  • Take the Arena Quest and buy upgrades.

  • Buy Physique 4, Speed 5, Accuracy 4, Enflame 3, Multi Strike 2, Force Push 2, Physical Shield 2, Berserk 2, and Magic Power 3/4. If needed, you can skip out on one Magic Power upgrade.

  • Arrange spells, then put Summon on 3/4 of the hotbar items. Be ready to spam them.

  • In the Arena waiting room, speak to the trader, buy all his potions, and all the Augmentations.

  • Augment your bow with another Silver, and your sword with 2 Sharpenings and a Piercing.

  • Once Arena starts, be prepared to not get hit for 10-15 minutes.

  • If you need to practise certain rounds here, you can die before the end of the wave, then when clicking reload it will put you at the start of the round. Just a warning you can only do this 17 times in one go, then the game will crash due to the autosave corrupting.

  • Interacting with Whisper at the end of each horde skips the dialogue of the announcer.

  • Summon spam between waves when you have a free moment by spamming all 3 keys you set (I have it on 7, 8, and 9). 200K Will Exp from summon spamming is required.

Wasps: Enflame all the wasps, then Force Push their dead bodies. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 35

Hobbes: Enflame all the small and medium Hobbes for all the waves, and berserk hit the Red Hobbes (requires a multi strike hit). Keep Force Pushing after killing on each wave. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 55

Balverines: Bow the small Balverines, and use enflame if there's a few of them clumped up together. Use the Bow only on the White Balverines (White Balverine requires about 1s pullback on the bow to kill because the 2 Silver Augs stack on top of each other). Keep Force Pushing. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 65

Undead: Small undead requires need a Berserk hit to kill, larger undead need a multi strike berserk hit. Start summon spamming in between waves. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 80

Bandits: In the first 2 waves, Archers die to 1 enflame, rest take a berserk hit. Rest of waves require Berserk Multi Strike hits. AVOID GETTING HIT. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 95-100

Earth Trolls: Berserk hit them a few times. Start really summon spamming here. RECOMMENDED COMBAT MULTIPLIER: 100

Rock Trolls: Berserk, Multi Strike, hit twice or thrise, then rush to stop the troll from attacking. Avoid getting hit. Summon spam before/after.

Arachanox: Stand between her first and second leg, and do two berserk + multi strike hits, then 2 more when he's charging up his attack, Enflame little Scorpions, repeat twice for dead Arachnox. In between, Summon spam more.

Whisper: Hit her twice with a berserk mstrike, rush behind her and hit her in the back with another Berserk Multi strike to skip her grenade phase. Alternatively, hit her with a Berserk Multi Strike, while she's on the floor, Enflame, which will start her Grenade Phase, where you can rush up and hit her with a Multi Strike to finish.

BECOMING BASED GOD

  • Go to Grey House then the Guild.
  • Buy Physique 7, Speed 7, Accuracy 7, Enflame 4, Strike 4, Push 4, Slowtime 1, Shield 3, Berserk 3, Rush 4, MArrow 4, MPower 7. If low exp, in this order (least timeloss to most timeloss), skip Magic Power 7, Multi Arrow 4, Accuracy 7, Physique 7.
  • Go to Bowerstone North
  • Trader in BSN: sell Master GS, buy Solus Greatsword and Will Potions.

ARCHAEOLOGIST 2

  • Berserk Rush Roll, force push minions back if needed.
  • If you feel lucky, run up to the barrier in Windmill Hill, turn left, and try a summon clip or two. If it doesn't work do the quest normally.
  • Slowtime on last area, kill 2 Minions on the pier.
  • Teleport

GRAVEYARD

  • Go to Lychfield Graveyard, take the helmet, then speak to the gravekeeper.
  • Once he opens the gate, go forward, and on the left side of the map ahead of you is 4 dig spots, dig the third from the left.
  • Go to the tomb past the bridge for the next part.
  • Fish up the final piece.
  • Berserk Roll in Old Graveyard Path.
  • If feeling lucky, once you pass the bridge try summon clipping the left side of the spiral staircase to save a few s.
  • Shoot the small undead in the circle with your bow, then slowtime + enflame the bigger undead.
  • DO NOT FPush when the Keeper is nearby. This will cancel your Berserk and ruin momentum.

PRISON ESCAPE

  • Go forwards towards prison.
  • Bleh.
  • Roll once the screen is completely blackened during Warden's office to move forward without making noise, then sneak the rest of the way.
  • Make a noise once getting the code, it's faster than waiting.
  • You'll always get the key second try, first time always fails.
  • During Kraken Fight, Enflame Tentacles, then Multi Arrow hit face
  • Once you've escaped, warp to Barrow Fields and go to Ancient Cullis Gate

HOOK COAST + MAZE

  • Enflame undead in Ancient Cullis Gate
  • Once you return to the guild, see if the general trader has Will Potions, if so buy them.
  • Go back to the guildmaster after taking the book.
  • While Guildmaster is chanting, put up your Shield and Multi Strike.
  • The Maze fight has 5 phases, the start, besides the stairs, next to the general store, in the lighthouse, and at the base of the lighthouse. Once you deal a certain amount of damage, he'll teleport to the next spot.
  • The ideal fight skips the second phase and fourth phase, taking him from the start of the fight to the outside of the general store, then from outside the general store to the foot of the lighthouse to skip the need to going to the top of the lighthouse then back down again.
  • Skipping phases relies on hitting Maze just as he gets up from being knocked down, there's a small window where you can hit him again which skips the damage thresholds.
  • Once you skip the scene, Berserk quickly to knock down Maze, then pull out your sword and hit him once just as he gets up. If you miss this, you can go to the base of the stairs and hit him there normally with a Berserked Multi Strike hit.
  • When he teleports away to outside of the General store, follow him, then when you get close-ish, Force Push, prep your multi strike and hit him again as he's getting up get him down to a low enough health to get him to the base of the lighthouse.
  • If you did it right, you will hit him, he will teleport twice inside the lighthouse, and then outside the lighthouse as you're going towards him.
  • If you don't quite do enough damage, you can Enflame while he's on the ground.
  • Force Push then hit him again to get him down for the count.
  • Video of how the fight should go:

FOCUS SITES

  • Movement intensive. Try not to side dash. Use FPush mid-roll for more Berserk Rush Rolls.

JACK OFF BLADES

  • MStrike will take a second or so to reapply. Be patient with your swings on the minions.
  • Hit Jack with 2 Multi Strike Berserk hits, then use Multi Arrow shots for his second phase.
  • Kill your sister with the sword.

PROPHETS

  • Buy Berserk 4.
  • When starting the Fire Heart quest, when entering the area and skipping the first cutscene, hold the Block Key while the 'Quest Start' prompt appears, and if you're com out of your Block animation as you start, your movement throughout all the puzzles will be faster, this only needs to be done on the first one.
  • After the second puzzle, as you're skipping the scene, spam the Left Click button to be able to punch at the start of the third puzzle, which displaces your position, which lets you walk in a diagonal movement, allowing you to solve the puzzle in an alternative, faster way by going to the right.
  • The fastest method for the puzzle is as follows (R=RIGHT, L=LEFT, U=UP, D=DOWN): Puzzle 1: R-U-R-U-R-D-D-L Puzzle 2: R-R-R-U-U-L-L Puzzle 3: R-R-U-R-U-L-D-L-L-U-R-U-R-D-D-L Puzzle 3 (with Puzzle Punching): PUNCH R-R-U-R-U-L-U-L-D-R-L-L Puzzle 4: U-U-R-U-R-D-D-D-L-U-U-R-R-L-D Puzzle 5: U-U-U-D-U-R-R-D-D-D-R-U-D Video of the fastest method:

LOST BAY

  • Equip your Solus Greatsword and go to Hook Coast.
  • Prepare your shield and Multi Strike before putting the Fire Heart in the lighthouse.
  • Hardest setup to get consistent. Berserk, roll, roll, Slow Time, then hit the Summoner with a Multi Strike Berserk hit usually works out well for quick cutscene.
  • While he is dying, turn around and rush to the General store sign.
  • They can only be hit while not charging their lightning attack, so beware. Avoid the minions entirely.

NORTHERN WASTES

  • Hit the Ice Troll with 2 Berserk MStrikes, then wait for him to do his fist jam attack 13 times, then start hitting him again.
  • Follow the story up to Necropolis
  • Once in Necropolis, open the map, and check the graves marked with a green dot for the following names (RNG):
  • George W, I Lovett, and T Fung.
  • When at the last bit, kill the minions w/ berserk mstrikes first, then rush to avoid the lightning attack and kill the summoners.

THUNDER + BRIAR ROSE

  • Thunder is a pushover, make sure you prepare your shield and strike before. Takes 2 berserk mstrikes.
  • When returning to Archon's Shrine, force push to trigger the fight with Briar Rose.
  • Force push twice when her clones spawn, then berserk strike the real one 3 times to win.

NOSTRO

  • After killing Briar, teleport to Lychfield Graveyard.
  • Make your way to Old Graveyard Path, and get halfway through the map, past the bridge so you are under the spiral staircase, then teleport to the Guild.
  • After the cutscene, recall to Guild, skip the cutscene, and recall to Old Graveyard Path.
  • Kill a random undead, then hit Nostro with 2 Berserk + Multi Strikes (this might take 2 cycles, just kill another undead and multi strike him again).

DRAGON JACK

  • Ensure you have at least 3-5 Will Potions for the final fight
  • Prep Shield + Berserk
  • Once as soon as fight starts, berserk strike him as much as possible, then when he does his bite attack, quickly restore your mana to put your shield back up.
  • If done right, he will bite twice, then you will kill him after hitting him with all your might with Berserk Strikes.
  • Occasionally, he will jump up into the air drop down quickly firing rocks towards you - assassin's rush to avoid taking the hit.
  • It's worth practising this quite a bit as it can go very south very quickly and the last thing you want is to kill your run at the end.
  • Skip the scene, Left Click to throw away the mask, then skip scene and you're done.
  • You can skip the mural scene

And that's it! Feel free to PM me on Discord (@Etem#5957) if you have any other questions about the run - I'm more than happy to help you as much as I can!
