Are you referring to making Spongebob run when giving an item to a character? To do that you have to spam click when giving the item.
I know this thread is almost 3 years old, but if anyone's reading this I just added a new guide on how to accomplish this titled "Fast Item Transfer". I don't know what Mel was thinking, but spamming left-click doesn't work 100% of the time, only in select cases: dirty dish on sink, bucket and pale on ditch, bus tokens on Patrick, quarter on vending machine, dream glasses on Squidward, and golden coconut on Carlton.
Title says it all.
As of today, September 8 2023, the variable Slot Pull has been revoked. It served as an unnecessary way to filter out runs and served no real purpose outside of a quick spectacle of a runners' luck. Positions of all current runs won't be affected by this change.
