C1M1 starts the player locked for a few seconds before the chainsaw guys give chase. It's easy to break free from the lock before the level starts but may take a few tries. Spamming A W D Space and Mouse 1 while on the loading screen will sometimes lead the player in breaking out early.

Mod note: And if you start the game from episode selection you will always break out if you hold W when the credits for music show up.
