if you fire a rocket before you place a bomb to bomb launch, do you still start timing when the bomb explodes? or do you start timing when rocket hits/when rocket is fired?

time starts as soon as first bomb explodes time ends as soon as it displays all teams have been eliminated

then cant you destroy all the bottoms of the towers with rockets and end the game with a bomb? lol

No, the run starts when the first explosion occurs while you are on your base, if a rocket goes off before the run starts then that's when it starts.

First explosion while standing on base is how it's been done since this was speedran.
