ILs submitted from a full game run start at the 1 first frame of black screen after the fade to white. If an IL does not have a fade to black to use, it should start on the 1 first frame of white screen after the load starts.
The fall after exiting the level does not count towards the IL time. In this case, time ends after fade out after jumping into the hole after the "Go to Next Floor" text appears.
