Due to the tie of the King K. Rool and All Bosses section of the vote, we will be creating the category with the initial ruleset of banning divemash On All Bosses. This not only would’ve been the winner if votes were not pruned, but it also is the clear winner (12 to 9) when counting the votes of people who's first choice was either a category split or a filter. This result also will allow us change this decision in the future without invaliding runs in the new category.

TLDR: All existing runs are being put into Restricted and 99% of runs will continue to be put there. Restricted bans IFATS / double AFATS and higher, but does allow regular FAT/AFATs.
Message copied from discord:
"The vote regarding the restricted/unrestricted leaderboard split has concluded. The results are as follows:
No Category Split: 11.7% Restricted Subcategory that bans IFAT and Juice Boost: 40.4% Restricted Subcategory that bans IFAT: 47.9% This is the results without pruning, with pruning the winning option won by an even larger margin.
In summary, the Any% category will be split into Restricted and Unrestricted where IFAT will be banned in Restricted but allowed in Unrestricted. These rules will be defined by disallowing anymore than one FAT/AFAT per jump. This in turn bans double AFAT (and higher) but does allow CTJ FAT/AFATs.
Due to the immense supermajority of votes in favor of restricting and concerns of leaderboard bloat, Any% will be the only category to see a split, non-Any% categories will have IFAT banned by default unless we see increased interest in their unrestricted counterparts in the future.
Thank you to all who participated!"
