After consultation, top times in all categories (e.g. sub 3 in 100K Game B and sub 5:36 in 250K Game C) were checked again and retimed if needed using video time for now (it can be switched later to console time) according to current timing rules.

It was decided, that first frame of speedrun will be counted from black screen right before gameplay is shown , not the black screen, which occurs when you shoot with zapper/mouse (some of the runs were counted from that first black screen). It's due to the fact, that this initial zapper shooting can be skipped, when game is started with controller instead and for consistent timing for all runs , frame, which occurs in every run, is required.

Additionally, it was discussed, what original nintendo zapper means in the rules. That corresponds to any original european or american zapper with nintendo mark as well as original japanese light gun (which looks like revolver). Guns like bandai lightgun, although released together with game space shadow for famicom, are considered 3rd party and banned (in this particular case, because it has rapid fire feature, which can make shooting easier).
