True Pacifist will not be added sense (as of now) there aren't any major differences between a pacifist and a neutral playthrough. In the future if there is a major difference between the two it would most likely get added. As for All Bosses it really isn't the most interesting category, especially sense for most of the run you're just doing Obliteration. Maybe in the future if more super bosses are added we can revist adding an All Bosses category.

What about true pacifist for section 1 since it's faster to kill flowey than spare him?

that's not really a significant enough difference to warrant a new category. like i said in my original reply, i would only add it if it makes a very significant difference. and even then it would only be as a full game category
