Hi, mods that alter the game in any way (such as gecko codes, game patches, etc) are not authorized, so I don't think it would be okay - but I'm not sure of this.
After some discussion, I have decided to make an exception to the current game mods rule. You may translate the game to an unofficial language now if you must, but runs doing so will be marked as emulator runs.
