Can I still use USB Loader to make loading times faster when they're not accounted for in level runs (minigames)? Or is it still clasified as emulator?

For runs without loads in them, it's technically fine, since there isn't a way for us to catch someone using it. Without accounting for load times, the gameplay should be the same speed, though I do highly appreciate if the runner were to be honest and submitted the run as an emulator if applicable.
