also @ Mods: 1st place time is incorrect, it should be a 11.50 (500ms and not 050ms)

Timing Change for All Time Stones runs
After a talk with the mods, we've decided to change the All Time Stones (ATS) timing from RTA-TB (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonuses) to RTA-TBTT (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonus and Time Travels)(what a mouthful).
