After a talk with the mods, we've decided to change the All Time Stones (ATS) timing from RTA-TB (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonuses) to RTA-TBTT (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonus and Time Travels)(what a mouthful).

We feel that it made sense to change the timing since the fastest way to finish an ATS run was to avoid time traveling at all costs, which doesn't feel like a CD run anymore.

All previous runs of this category have been retimed* to reflect this change.

*: All runs that have Time Travels in them, runs that don't have Time Travels have not been changed.
