My first sub 14. Still can be improved. Not good Wacky Worckbench, Stardust Speedway and Metallic Madness. Luckly I learn how to do double hits at the final boss.

After a talk with the mods, we've decided to change the All Time Stones (ATS) timing from RTA-TB (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonuses) to RTA-TBTT (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonus and Time Travels)(what a mouthful).
We feel that it made sense to change the timing since the fastest way to
