That's a four tap spindash to time warp, and the Super Peel Out on top of the Generator is an IL gamble. Works about 20% of the time.

In Sonic CD Restored this is the go to route because if you miss the Super Peel Out jump onto the first yellow spring, you land on the platform and jump to the springs anyway. You can do that in CD93, but you can't do it in CD11 because it's moving in the wrong direction and so it's not there to save you.
