The main change in this one is the start, where I used Tails strats plus other tweaks. This can save up to 0.9 seconds if done perfectly.
Add the warp strat and this could be a 32.4x at best.
Timing Change for All Time Stones runs
After a talk with the mods, we've decided to change the All Time Stones (ATS) timing from RTA-TB (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonuses) to RTA-TBTT (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonus and Time Travels)(what a mouthful).
