Lets imagine that I've met a Kummitus with infinite blackhole wand. He made a hole, which I used to skip the loc and save some time. I didn't took that wand I just used the hole which kummitus made. Is this prohibited?
That is quite the question, certainly no using wands dropped by the player ghost is prohibited. But what if you had intentionally filled the folder with a wand that creates 50 taika wands you can get for resources and the ghost fired if off screen and you just stumbled upon it? We can't monitor game files so it's not possible to see whether the intention was nefarious, or the player simply had fun making that kind of a wand and died accidentally.
I did see this question coming at some point, so the solution is simple.
Random wands in the world that are very explosive/terrain destroying etc. those happen so it's fine to use 'the path it created' but anything beyond that, for example a clearly pre-made healing wand cast by the ghost and actually hitting the player will be treated as an invalidation, since a pre-made healing wand is dozen of times more improbable than a black hole and a heal can significantly impact the run. This will not be a very strict rule, just some setting of boundaries in case of any future accidental Kummitus interaction.
