All Drive Update (Post-Rivals server shutdown)

As the online services for Need for Speed: Rivals have been shut down, the following rules no longer apply to future runs:
- All runs done on PC must show their All Drive Settings are set to Single Player.
- All console runs must fully show the last page on the main menu called "settings" for verification and show their All Drive Settings are set to Single Player before or after the run.
Event Cutscene Rule Update
Hello rivals, a small update has been made for the IL rules, and as the title says, it's about the event cutscenes.
Before: Glitching through the event start cutscene is prohibited
After: Glitching through the event start cutscene is prohibited*;* *the same applies to turbo & AI push strat
