The Koenigsegg Agera R is probably the most fastest car besides The other Koenigsegg and the Koenigsegg Agera R has 3 maxed out abilities including Top speed, Strength, and Durability with Acceleration just one shy and Control at 7.1 it also has a EMP and Spike strip. This car is unlocked once you reach rank 15/ assignment #16. Is it allowed?
Of course, by the way, Controls, strength, and durability specs mean nothing to this game, especially in the racer hideout (I don't know about police cars as I haven't done some tests yet).
