mod edit: run RTA starts at 0:49 and ends at 25:02 giving the time of 24:13 instead of 17:30 submitted. The driving around done between kuruma and finale counts in the RTA timer aswell.

Requirement of doing either Elite or Elite Glitchless on Hard difficulty.
Currently the majority of runs (all top spots iirc) are run this way - I'm expecting this largely due the "Nobody gets wasted" requirement for 12/13 Elite Challenges.
