Requirement of doing either Elite or Elite Glitchless on Hard difficulty.
Currently the majority of runs (all top spots iirc) are run this way - I'm expecting this largely due the "Nobody gets wasted" requirement for 12/13 Elite Challenges.
One big exclusion to this is of course Cayo Perico, which would get an additional finale category to still allow for Normal difficulty runs - being the odd on out for allowing deaths during it's Elite Challenge.
Goes without saying but Any% can be done on any difficulty.
Reasoning to have it as a fixed requirement is that some heist categories, specifically Casino Heists, suffers from additional steps in drills/hacks etc.
And the reasoning to have a vote is simply because nobody have ever brought it up. Though the few that I've asked have generally confirmed my thoughts.
Also worth noting that while Elite Challenges can be done on Normal difficulty, Easy difficulty voids it (only available on Original Heists). Just to clarify for vote option.

After a brief internal discussion, the results of the vote has been put into effect. So far for Cayo Perico, with other relevant categories to follow.

As written on Discord;
Alright, after the discussions have gone a bit back and forth here and internally in the mod team, it's time for a vote.
Deciding whether or not to create new subcategories for the recent glitch used in Cayo.
If new subcategories are chosen, it will later be decided how it's implemented. It'll be implemented wherever else applicable too.
