The main problem for me is that Kortz has different cutscenes when entering the Bell building, each lasting for a different time. In my opinion, this kinda makes RTA not viable, and leaderboards should be ranked by IGT. I might be wrong and expect some thoughts from runners/moderators on that topic.
Pretty sure skylight entry will be the fastest for both IGT and RTA so I don't see a point in changing the main variable, staff entrance could potentially be slightly faster than skylight RTA but if it is its not by much
Requirement of doing either Elite or Elite Glitchless on Hard difficulty.
Currently the majority of runs (all top spots iirc) are run this way - I'm expecting this largely due the "Nobody gets wasted" requirement for 12/13 Elite Challenges.
