Our speedrun community has collected everything here in this google doc and can be constantly expanded.

Elite Challenges and difficulty vote
Requirement of doing either Elite or Elite Glitchless on Hard difficulty.
Currently the majority of runs (all top spots iirc) are run this way - I'm expecting this largely due the "Nobody gets wasted" requirement for 12/13 Elite Challenges.
