Surely, prlly only available on "Any%" for me tho, since it's a considerable speed boost over normal sprinting, useful for doing Prelims like Cayo or Casino
As we have since discovered, the speed boost is deactivated when you die, when you switch sessions, or when you start a mission/heist.

@Ragnarson70 I tested this by blowing myself up and it didn't remove the speed boost. But after switching sessions the boost was gone. I haven't tested getting killed by an NPC or by another player.
Requirement of doing either Elite or Elite Glitchless on Hard difficulty.
Currently the majority of runs (all top spots iirc) are run this way - I'm expecting this largely due the "Nobody gets wasted" requirement for 12/13 Elite Challenges.
