Like the name suggests it entails cues for a bunch of rooms to make them more consistent. Also describes some nuances that could be easily missed from just watching a run. Mostly covers high level strats for rooms but does include some easier rooms as well. As a little extra it does cover all the relevant jelly mechanics for farewell in a separate section.
