Can someone explain to me what is happening to me?

I was doing a Bendy speedrun, trying to get a sub-1:20:00 time, but for some reason, during Alice's penultimate task in Chapter 3, whenever I try to die on purpose to save time, the screen starts shaking and the game crashes out of nowhere. I don't understand what's going on—can someone please explain? This bug happens towards the end of the video.
