Installing Granny Legacy
First, download Granny Legacy from the official website. After downloading, unzip the file to a convenient location and begin the installation.
Go to Steam > Library > Add a Non-Steam Game > Browse
Navigate to the directory of the unzipped game and select the .exe file. After adding the game, it will appear in your library under the name GrannyLegacy.exe
Then right-click on it > Properties > Compatibility > Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool > Proton Hotfix
That's it! We've successfully installed the game on Linux.
Installing the Speedrun mod by Menzo
Download the archive from the Resources section on this website and unzip it to a convenient location. After that, move the contents of the archive (except the readme and .bat file) into the game folder.
Go to Steam > Right-click on GrannyLegacy.exe > Properties > Launch Options and enter the following parameter:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
After that, launch the game, let the menu load, and exit. On the next launch, the mod will load successfully.

Установка Granny legacy
Для начала скачиваем Granny legacy с официального сайта. После установки разархивируем файл в удобное место и начинаем установку.
Заходим в стим > библиотека > Добавить стороннюю игру > Обзор
Заходим в директорию разархивированной игры и выбираем .exe файл. После добавления игры она появится у вас в библиотеке под названием GrannyLegacy.exe
Дальше нажимаем ПКМ по ней > Свойства > Совместимость > Принудительно использовать выбранный инструмент совместимости Steam Play > Proton Hotfix
Все! Мы успешно установили игру на линукс.
Установка Speedrun мода от Menzo
Скачиваем архив из раздела Resources на этом сайте и разархивируем в удобное место. После этого содержимое архива(кроме readme и .bat файла) переносим в папку с игрой.
Заходим в стим > ПКМ по GrannyLegacy.exe > Свойства > Параметры запуска и вписываем туда следующий параметр:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
После этого заходим в игру, прогружаем меню и выходим. После повторного захода мод успешно загрузится.

@Menzo_42 has made a Speedrun Mod for both Mobile and PC including various features such as a Granny Spawn Chooser, End Scene Skip, Splits, etc..
This and ReShade are the only modifications allowed for this game as of 21/8/26.
It can be found and installed in the Resources tab.
