This is a beta release I hadn't planned on releasing, but for now there seems to be a lack of interest and so I'm pausing the work on it. If there seems to be more interest in it, I'll keep working on it.

Missing from this toolkit: 
Auto loader, routing fixes including the addition of silent vik

Any% No Cutscenes (NCS) "Toolkit" BETA

Includes the following:
The Rescue (after Jackie's convo)
The Ripperdoc (Drop point for duping & elevator skip)
The Ride (Right before All Foods)
GIM Skip
MItch Skip
Parade Jump

Any% Saves

A simple launcher with various quality-of-life features, replacing the RED Launcher. Features include Quick Resets (Quickly reset a run with a configurable hotkey, that quickly restarts the game), Multi-Install Launcher (Launch two separate installs of the game from one launcher), Easy Livesplit Managment (Easily launch Livesplit alongside the game). To install, drop the three files into the root CP77 directory. Works with Steam, untested with GOG but should work fine.
