***Cyberpunk 2077 Autosplitter installation/usage guide***

#Download the splits/layouts file from here

**PLEASE NOTE:** 
⚪ You **must** start Cyberpunk from a New Game to initialize the Current Objective pointer (which is required for splitting to work)
*After initializing the Current Objective pointer from a New Game (takes like a few seconds to load into a new game), you can load any other save*

⚪ There is currently no logic for splitting at the end of a run, hopefully one day we'll find a pointer for that.

#Download and "Installation" of the splits/layout files

Take the .lsl and .lss files from the download and put them somewhere you won't forget.

*Personally, I put them in "Layouts" and "Splits" folders like this* 

➭Open up your LiveSplit
➭Right click LiveSplit
➭Open Splits - Navigate to where you put the Cyberpunk 2077 - Any%.lss file - open that
➭Open Layout - Navigate to where you put the Cyberpunk 2077.lsl file - open that

#Activating the autosplitter
➭Click Edit Splits
➭Click Activate

***At this point you have a functioning autosplitter!***

#Disabling the "Current Objective" Component (if you want to)

However, if you'd like to remove the "Current Objective" component, do the following 
➭Click Edit Splits
➭Click Settings (Next to "Deactivate")
➭Uncheck the box that says "Current Objective"

➭Click Current Objective
➭Click the Minus icon on the left

#Customizing your autosplitter and accompanying splits file
➭Click Edit Splits
➭Click Settings
Under the "Quest States" dropdown, you'll see every single split with an in-depth explanation of at what point the split happens in game.

You'll notice the Quest State names within these Settings match the Split names within the provided "Cyberpunk 2077 - Any%".lss Splits file

If you would like to remove a split point, make sure to first UNCHECK the Quest State within the "Settings", and then remove the split of the same name using the "Remove Segment" button.

How to downgrade to 1.12 (Steam)

***Cyberpunk 2077 1.12 Downloader usage guide***

# Download the program here

# Important Note
⚪*Windows Defender does not like this program*
You must have the game, or a license of it, on Steam
You must have the available storage for the game (~70GB)
You must have a keyboard ;)

# Downloading the game
put the exe file where you want the game to download in.

it will ask if you want to install the polish audio (press y or n)
it will then ask if you want to install the game (press y or n)
now enter your Steam username and password (if you have a authenticator it will ask for the code)

the program may not look like its downloading the polish file but the % only updates when a file downloads

it will ask for an authenticator code again and begin downloading the 1.12 files now, this will take a long time as its about 65GB of data. 

after this is finished it will clean up the temp files and everything will now be in a folder called "Cyberpunk"

How to dupe faster

Duping is a pain in the joints, so make it a lil easier on yourself.

➭I'm going to assume you know where inputUserMappings is, so go there and open it up in your editor of choice
➭ Press CTRL + F to open the search
➭ Go find *menu_click*
➭ Add in these lines

How to stop scrolling through dialog during a khop

So this situation relies on a few things, but probably happens a lot during runs, I know it did to me.

Basically, if you have jump bound to scroll and you're khopping/wavedashing with Call Smuggling active, you'll continuously scroll through the dialog menu of the phonecall which can be a) annoying as fuck and b ) can cause you to accidentally hang up, probably ending your run.

So let's fix that

➭I'm going to assume you know where inputUserMappings is, so go there and open it up in your editor of choice
➭ Press CTRL + F to open the search
➭ Go find *<mapping name="UI_MoveUp" type="Button" >*
➭ Get rid of the lines that have the mouse wheel in it
➭ Replace the keys with whatever you'd like. Personally, this is what I use.

*You can use whatever you want, just make sure its not something that can accept a dialog, or otherwise interfere with you during khops etc*

Manual Downgrader (Steam 1.12) & (Steam 2.01 + Phantom Liberty)

If the [downgrader from DreK](https://www.speedrun.com/cyberpunk_2077/guides/zc901) isn’t working, you can manually download an earlier patch using the Steam console.

## How to Manually Download an Older Version

1. Open **Run** (Windows key + R) and enter:

steam://open/console
```

2. In the Steam console, paste the following command to start downloading **version 1.12**:

```
download_depot 1091500 1091501 6404500526474240765
```

- The files will be downloaded to:

```
Steam\steamapps\content\app_1091500\depot_1091501
```

- **Note:** Steam won’t show a progress bar but will say when the download starts and finishes.

## Polish Language Pack (1.12)

If you need the **Polish language pack**, use this command:

```
download_depot 1091500 1091502 4734006406066421322
```

- It will be downloaded to:

```
Steam\steamapps\content\app_1091500\depot_1091502
```

- Move this file into the game's folder and remove the English voice pack to use Polish audio.

# Downgrading to Version 2.01

Follow the same steps as above, but use these commands instead:

## Main Game (2.01)

## Polish Language Pack (2.01)

```

# Downgrading Phantom Liberty to 2.01

⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** Your main game and Phantom Liberty DLC must be the same version.

Follow the same steps as above to get the Steam console, but use these commands instead:

## Phantom Liberty DLC (2.01)

## Polish Language Pack (Phantom Liberty 2.01)

These files will be downloaded into:

Steam\steamapps\content\app_2138330

- **DLC files:** `Steam\steamapps\content\app_2138330\depot_2138330`
- **Language pack:** `Steam\steamapps\content\app_2138330\depot_2138337`

## Final Steps:

1. Inside the **depot** folders, you’ll find two folders:  

- **"archive"**  
- **"r6"**  (not found in the language pack)

2. Move both folders into your **main game directory**. 

Mapping Jump to Mouse Wheel

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config

Open inputUserMappings.xml in notepad (save a copy of the original somewhere else if you want).

Under the “LOCOMOTION” heading, jump is the first option.

Delete this:

	<button id="IK_Space" overridableUI="jump"/>

Replace with this:

	<button id="IK_MouseZ" />
	<button id="IK_MouseWheelUp" />
	<button id="IK_MouseWheelDown" overridableUI="jump"/>


Save the file.

When you open the game, reset your keybindings to default and jump should be bound to scroll wheel.

Make sure you press "apply" after the pop-up message.

Rebind weapon up and down to something else.
